Welcome to Delta Studios!

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of our products and services, including our RedM scripts and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these ToS and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use License

  • Grant of License: Delta Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services purchased, strictly in accordance with these ToS.
  • Restrictions: You may not distribute, transfer, sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense any part of our Services to any third party. You agree not to modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services, nor attempt to do so.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All Services, including scripts, documentation, and all other related materials, are the proprietary property of Dignity Studios, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership rights to any aspect of the Services.

3. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Copying, leaking, or distributing the Services or any part thereof to any third party.
  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments: Payment for Services must be made in full before access is granted to the Services.
  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Services, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure the Services meet your needs before purchasing.
  • No Free Trials: We do not offer free trials for our Services. Detailed information about each Service is provided to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

5. Termination

Dignity Studios reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice if you fail to comply with any of these ToS. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dignity Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

Dignity Studios reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the ToS by posting the new ToS on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.
